6 BOTTLE CLUB OPTION: By signing up for this club membership, you are committing to receive FOUR quarterly orders of six bottles each (selected by us) at a purchase price of $100 each order (plus tax), shipping included. No substitutions of bottles permitted.
4 BOTTLE CLUB OPTION: By signing up for this club membership, you are committing to receive FOUR quarterly orders of four bottles each (selected by us) at a purchase price of $70 each order (plus tax) and shipping (if applicable). No substitutions of bottles permitted.
PICK YOUR OWN CLUB OPTION: By signing up for this club membership, you are committing to receive FOUR quarterly orders of six bottles or more (selected by you) at an 18% discount off of retail price (plus tax). Bottle selection may be subject to minimum or maximum quantity restrictions and is based on current availability of products we have in stock. Prior to each quarterly club order, we will send out an email to all Pick Your Own club members providing up to a two week time period to make your bottle selections online through our website. If bottle selections are not made by the end of that two week period, your club order will default to a 6-bottle selection chosen by Melovino.
LENGTH OF COMMITMENT: Your commitment will end after receiving your fourth club order. Afterwhich, you may cancel at any time, free of charge.
CANCELLATION: Should you choose or need to cancel prior to receiving your four committed-to club orders, a $25 cancellation fee per unreceived club order will apply.
NOTIFICATION: Club members will receive an email from the Meadery as much as two weeks in advance of each club order, with an estimated club order date and a reminder to check that your shipping/pickup information, as well as credit card and billing information are correct through your online account portal. A second email will be sent to all club members no later than the day prior to club orders being processed for payment.
PAYMENTS: The card you have on file under your membership will only be charged when your club order is ready to ship or made available for pickup, or in the case where one of the conditions set forth below are met. If payment is unsuccessful at any time, you will be contacted by our staff and given a two week period to remedy the situation. If payment is not made within the two week time period, your club membership will be cancelled and your spot will be given to the next person on our waiting list. Re-entering the club would require being added to our waiting list.
PICKUP ORDERS: Pickup orders will be held for 14-days. Orders that have not been picked up within this time frame will be packed and automatically shipped to the address we have on file with a $15 shipping fee charged to your account. Thereafter, terms and conditions listed below under SHIPPING ORDERS will apply.
SHIPPING ORDERS: Due to legalities of shipping alcoholic products, shipped orders cannot be left at your door and must be signed for by someone of legal drinking age. For that reason, we recommend entering your shipping address as either your place of work (if possible) or to a family or friend that can be readily available to sign for and receive your package if you are unable to. Our carrier(s) will make their best effort to deliver your package with up to three delivery attempts. If delivery is deemed unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us and a $25 surcharge will be charged to your account to cover costs incurred by us from our carrier. Customer will then be contacted by our staff to arrange for either redelivery (customer would then pay shipping charges at current market rate) or pickup of your club order. If, in this case, the order is made available for pickup, customer will have 7-days to pickup their order. If not picked up within this time frame, or if redelivery is unsuccessful, or if we have not recieved a response within 7-days from the date the customer was contacted about arranging redelivery or pickup, that particular club order will be considered abandoned and surrendered by the customer with the total paid amount (order, handling, shipping, return charges, etc...) being non-refundable.
