This mead is made with wildflower honey, which varies by region and from season to season. Hence, the character of the mead we make with it will always vary and be seemingly unique. We use this “swing” in variation to our advantange in this ever changing mead. No two releases will ever be alike, but all will assure you a swinging good mead ;)
