A traditional mead made with NJ wildflower honey. Strong honey on the nose and taste. Pours a nice blonde gold, mid semi-sweet with great floral and even some apple notes on the palette. Great mead for when you just want to drink real mead! Pairs great with pork, poultry, and anything with a citrus based sauces or desserts.

Essence - 12% ABV BUY ONLINE

A traditional mead made with orange blossom honey from Florida. Pours a beautiful strong yellow gold, sweet on the palette with lots of honey character and a beautiful citrusy floral note with a nutty finish. Pairs extremely well with cheeses, sushi, lobster, as well as Indian or other spicy foods. Awesome with milk chocolate too!

Sinfonia - 13% ABV BUY ONLINE

A traditional mead made with a blend of three different honey varietals and fermented on a blend of three different oaks. Pours dark gold, mid semi-sweet with a bold and complex nose and rich taste. A hint of smokiness comes out at room temperature, like a subtle scotch or bourbon character. Pairs well with darker meats such as duck, turkey, and beef dishes, or anything in a mushroom sauce. Also great with a cigar and enjoyed by the fire!

Berry Chic - 13% ABV BUY ONLINE

A mead made with wildflower honey and a blend of five different berry juices (black currant, blackberry, blueberry, raspberry & strawberry). Pours dark ruby red, sweet on the palette with a heavy berry fruit nose with honey. The black currant and raspberry give this mead a nice balance of acidity to balance the sweetness, while the rest of the fruit provides the structure to the finish. Pairs extremely well with gamey meats like venison & duck, as well as dark chocolate, creamy and stinky cheeses, a salad with a light vinaigrette. Poured over vanilla ice cream too!

Sweet Affair His - 14% ABV BUY ONLINE

A mead made with wildflower honey and cabernet sauvignon grape juice. Pours ruby red, low semi-sweet with a great balance of honey and grape wine character. This mead is also aged briefly on oak which imparts an additional element to the taste as well as adds a bit of tannin to soften the sweetness from the honey. Pairs well with almost any cheese, charcuterie, and dark meats.

Sweet Affair Hers - 13% ABV BUY ONLINE

A mead made with orange blossom honey and sauvignon blanc grape juice. Sweet on the palette with a beautifully balanced honey and grape wine character. The sauvignon blanc compliments the orange blossom honey with a nice acidic yet sweet citrusy finish. Pairs well with chicken, cheeses, and chocolate!
