We will replace or refund you for any bottle that is physically damaged in transit or flawed. We do not accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.
Once the wine is returned we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was physically damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. When your order is picked up by our carrier for delivery, responsibility for the order becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
Due to legalities of shipping alcoholic products, shipped orders cannot be left at your door. Packages must be signed for by someone of legal drinking age. For that reason, we recommend entering your shipping address as either your place of work (if possible) or to a family or friend that can be readily available to sign for and receive your package if you are unable to. Another option would be to call the carrier and request they hold your order at a local hub for you to pickup.
Our carrier(s) will make their best effort to deliver your package with up to three delivery attempts. If delivery is deemed unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us and a $25 surcharge will be charged to your account to cover costs incurred by us from our carrier.
Customer will then be contacted by our staff to arrange for either redelivery (paid by the customer) or pickup of your order. If, in this case, the order is made available for pickup, customer will have 7-days to pickup their order. If not picked up within this time frame, or if redelivery is unsuccessful, or if we have not recieved a response within 7-days from the date the customer was contacted about arranging redelivery or pickup, that particular order will be considered abandoned and surrendered by the customer with the total paid amount (order, handling, shipping, return charges, etc…) being non-refundable.
